South View varsity baseball pounds Terry Sanford

Dale Urquhart Jr. hits grand slam in 17-4 victory over Bulldogs

On Wednesday evening it began to look more like a "football score" than a "baseball score" as South View was piling up runs on their way to a 17-4 victory over Terry Sanford. The visiting Tigers' season record was lifted to 5-1 with their impressive win over the Bulldogs. In the second photo shown below, South View's Dale Urquhart Jr. is about to make contact with a fastball to drive it over the leftfield fence for a grand slam home run in the top of the 7th inning.
