Best Website in Cumberland County

We used a hamburger or cheeseburger as our analogy in learning html. On each web page, the opening and closing html tags represent the buns. The "head" is like a top layer of cheese, while the "body" is like the meat of the burger. The navigation and links on the left side column might be considered the layer of tomato, while the list of names on the right side might be viewed as a layer of pickles.

In addition, we used "object-oriented thinking" in learning html. We started with an example web page (about a dog named Little Puppy) that consisted of four primary objects, including the heading object, the text object (a paragraph), the photo image (or video object) of the dog, and the link object back to the home page. We used these same four primary object types, over and over, on all of our web pages. In other words, our web pages consist simply of headings, paragraphs, images or videos, and links.
